CPANEL has announced a positive business outlook for the first quarter of 2025, preparing to deliver government projects and increase revenue. The company is currently bidding for new projects valued at approximately 292 million baht, aiming to increase the proportion of government work to 60% and private sector work to 40%. They plan to expand into various private sector projects including industrial factories, hotels, hospitals, and real estate developments, pushing the backlog to 1,528.29 million baht, which will support an overall improvement in business performance. In 2024, the company reported total revenue of 247 million baht with a net loss of 3.8 million baht.

Mr. Chakrit Teepakornsukasem, Managing Director of CPANEL Public Company Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of fully automated precast concrete products used in real estate construction projects, stated that the business direction in Q1/2025 is expected to improve significantly as the company has secured government projects worth a total of 288.65 million baht. They will begin delivering these projects and recognizing revenue starting from Q1/2025 to Q3/2025, which will help continuously support the overall business performance.

Additionally, the company is in the process of bidding for new projects valued at approximately 292 million baht. If awarded, this will further increase the backlog, which currently stands at 1,528.29 million baht.

The company aims to increase the proportion of government work to 60%, focusing on expanding its customer base in areas such as government building projects, school buildings, and maintaining 40% in the private sector, including industrial factories, hotels, hospitals, and both high-rise and low-rise real estate projects. This strategy aims to reduce risks from economic fluctuations and create sustainable long-term growth.

“However, the company remains committed to fully operating to maintain continuous revenue and profit growth, emphasizing effective cost management and developing high-standard precast concrete products to meet the needs of both existing and new customers, supporting sales and fostering long-term growth,” Mr. Chakrit stated.
