WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (WHA) has joined forces with Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. to officially launch the DPL Vietnam Minh Quang Logistics Center on a project area of 70,109 square meters, with a total rental space of 37,500 square meters, on February 27, 2025, within the Minh Quang Industrial Park in Hung Yen Province (approximately 40 kilometers east of Hanoi), Vietnam.

This project marks WHA's first logistics center in northern Vietnam, representing a part of the strategy to foster growth in the logistics business, focusing on expanding operations both in Thailand and internationally. It emphasizes building strong strategic partnerships to meet logistics demands, particularly supporting high-growth industries such as e-commerce, consumer goods, and export-oriented industrial products that continue to thrive.

The success of this project reflects the commitment to conducting business in line with the mission "WHA: WE SHAPE THE FUTURE", aimed at creating sustainable growth through the development of projects that meet market needs and enhance regional competitiveness.

In 2025, WHA's logistics business is expected to show remarkable growth, targeting a total warehouse space under ownership and management of over 3,309,000 square meters.
