PROUD has announced its financial results for 2024, reporting revenue of 2.268 billion baht, an increase of 48%, with a net profit of 57 million baht. The company showcases a backlog of 10.935 billion baht, which will be gradually recognized as revenue in 2025-2026. This year, PROUD is confident in achieving significant growth, aiming for revenue to increase sixfold to reach 10 billion baht. The company emphasizes its project development strategy based on the concept of "ALL IS WELL", addressing all aspects of life for sustainable living. PROUD is moving forward with new investments in three locations: Bangkok, Hua Hin, and Phuket, with a total value of 9.2 billion baht, and is launching promotional campaigns to stimulate sales and drive growth.

Mr. Pasu Liptapanlop, Executive Director of Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited or PROUD, revealed that for 2024, the company achieved total revenue of 2.268 billion baht, up from 1.534 billion baht in the same period last year, while net profit decreased to 57 million baht from 102 million baht in the previous year.

The increase in revenue is attributed to the gradual recognition of income from the Nue Cross Khu Khot Station project, which the company co-invested in and has already achieved 100% sales. This allows for continuous revenue recognition. However, the project has a lower gross profit margin compared to those developed by the company itself, leading to a slowdown in overall net profit, which was anticipated by the company.

As of the end of 2024, the company has a backlog of 10.935 billion baht, which will be recognized as revenue during 2025-2026. The ongoing sales projects include one horizontal project, VI Ari, and three vertical projects: VEHHA Hua Hin, ROMM Convent, and NUE District R9. For 2025, PROUD aims for a significant revenue increase of six times to reach 10 billion baht, focusing on developing luxury real estate projects in high-potential locations, highlighting the "ALL IS WELL" concept to create residences that meet all aspects of life for sustainable living. The company plans to launch three new projects worth a total of 9.2 billion baht, including two vertical projects and one horizontal project in three high-potential suburban areas: Bangkok, Hua Hin, and Phuket. The company has already invested in land in Phuket for new project development, expected to launch in the third quarter of 2025.

Additionally, PROUD is prioritizing marketing strategy adjustments to boost sales through various promotions and collaborations with business partners to offer diverse benefits to its customers, enhancing appeal and increasing purchase decision opportunities. The company is also developing ongoing projects to align with the needs of its target audience.

“This year, PROUD is confident in achieving the growth targets set, despite the overall real estate market still being sluggish. With the company's strong business potential and financial position, focusing on fewer projects but emphasizing the best design and service, PROUD effectively meets the demands of both Thai and foreign real demand customers, which represents a high purchasing power market,” Mr. Pasu stated.
