Sansiri Public Company Limited has announced its precast business plan (factory for producing precast concrete panels) to expand its portfolio and provide services to real estate developers, as well as the construction business sector, which has high growth potential due to increased investments to support the country's growth and is a key sector of the economy. Following the successful expansion of production capacity and the import of machinery worth over 1.4 billion baht at the end of last year (2023), the company aims to produce over 1.7 million square meters per year, supporting the construction of approximately 5,000 housing units, and is expected to be the largest precast factory in the real estate construction industry, built with a commitment to reducing environmental impact.

Mr. Thitipong Mongkolpathumrat, Senior Assistant Managing Director of the Precast Concrete Panel Factory at Sansiri Public Company Limited stated, "The company has continuously developed the precast system for over 15 years, becoming a leader in construction innovation in the real estate sector. Currently, Sansiri has a total of 6 precast factories covering over 200 rai located in Pathum Thani province, utilizing Semi Automated Carousel System technology, with production controlled by computer and robotics at every step. Importantly, we also use eco-friendly cement (green cement) that helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 5-10% (per ton of cement). After implementing green cement, the company has been able to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by over 122,843 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent per year.

We are also developing green cement products that further reduce greenhouse gas emissions in collaboration with partners while maintaining strength and durability to meet the construction industry's demand for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Additionally, we have enhanced production standards and quality control for maximum efficiency by importing high-quality machinery and advanced technology from leading companies in Italy, such as WiTech Concrete Technology, a leader in producing hollow-core precast concrete slabs for over 50 years, and IMER, a leader in large concrete mixing and conveying machinery for over 60 years, known for precision in defining components, reducing construction time, enhancing labor efficiency, and offering high flexibility to adapt production styles to accommodate all designs."
