CPANEL reported a total revenue of 247 million baht for the year 2567, with a net loss of 3.8 million baht. The company is confident in business growth this year despite a slowdown in the real estate market, aggressively expanding its government project portfolio and securing new contracts worth 181.65 million baht, bringing the backlog to 1,358.39 million baht. The company is set to gradually deliver projects, supporting a bright performance in Q1/2568, showcasing strong financial status to tackle challenges while enhancing production efficiency and developing products that align with modern construction trends to boost sales.

Mr. Chakrit Teepakornsukasem, Managing Director of CPANEL Public Company Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of fully automated precast concrete products for real estate construction projects, disclosed that the company's total revenue for 2567 was 247 million baht, down from 436.82 million baht in the previous year, with a net loss of 3.8 million baht compared to a net profit of 62.49 million baht in the same period last year. In Q4/2567, the company reported total revenue of 25 million baht and a net loss of 12 million baht.

Overall performance has declined due to a slowdown in the economy, impacting the growth of the real estate sector as operators delay launching new projects, leading to decreased demand for precast concrete products.

However, the company has continuously adjusted its strategy, focusing more on expanding its government customer base. Recently, the company secured a project worth 181.65 million baht, resulting in a current backlog of 1,358.39 million baht, with 60% from government projects and 40% from the private sector. The company will gradually deliver projects and recognize revenue starting from Q1/2568 onwards.

Additionally, CPANEL is committed to continuously improving its production processes in terms of design, reducing waste, increasing the use of renewable energy, and developing products that respond to modern construction trends, both in public and private sectors, emphasizing design for efficient space utilization and prioritizing environmentally friendly materials to reduce energy consumption and construction costs, enhancing competitiveness and fully meeting customer needs.

“The performance from last year has passed its lowest point. This year, we will start to see a recovery for CPANEL from the first quarter onwards. I am confident that the company will continue to move forward steadily, thanks to the strategy of diversifying our customer base and our strong financial position, ready to face market challenges to achieve the growth targets set,” Mr. Chakrit stated.
