Ms. Suwannee Mahanarongchai, Managing Director of Plus Property Co., Ltd. stated that in the past year, 2023, the business direction has been positive, achieving revenue targets despite the real estate sector facing challenges from a fragile economic recovery. However, the luxury residential market continues to grow well, driven by high purchasing power. Prime locations in tourist cities such as Phuket, Khon Kaen, and Pattaya remain popular, positively impacting the overall real estate sector.

Given these factors, Plus Property, as a comprehensive property management service provider, has continued to grow strongly, generating over 1.8 billion baht in revenue last year from managing a total of 442 projects across all types, covering an area of 20.2 million square meters.

  • Low Rise Projects
  • High Rise Projects
  • Commercial Buildings

This reflects a high demand for after-sales services and property management, along with customer confidence in Plus's management capabilities, which emphasizes continuous development. The company integrates technology and innovation to enhance service delivery, meeting the needs of project owners, residents, and investors professionally. The quality of service is guaranteed by a customer satisfaction score of 90.7% from last year's evaluations, along with international standards, as Plus has been certified with ISO standards covering quality management systems (ISO 9001), physical resource management (ISO 41001), and environmental management (ISO 14001), making it the first and only company to apply these standards across all projects.

Business Direction and Strategies for Plus in 2025
Ms. Suwannee revealed that in 2025, Plus aims to achieve over 2 billion baht in revenue, primarily from four core businesses: Living Management, Facility Management, Brokerage & Sale Management, and LIV-24, a technology solution for safety and business efficiency. The strategies are built on customer needs to deliver services that exceed expectations. The five key strategies for Plus this year are:

1. Targeting the Luxury Segment - Focus on developing personnel to meet premium service standards, launching the Luxury Management Academy for the first time in Thailand to cultivate Luxury DNA among staff through courses from institutions in Asia and Europe, such as the Master the Exquisite Care course by experts from the Fine Arts Department and Luxury Service courses from leading institutions like Nai Lert Butler Academy with The British Butler Institute and Mandarin Oriental. Additionally, Plus aims to create a quality community for residents through lifestyle-appropriate activities, emphasizing privacy and safety with new technologies.

2. Establishing LIV-24 as the No. 1 Smart Tech - Continuing to penetrate the industrial sector with new services, marking its sixth year in the market, LIV-24 will leverage AI and Industrial Technology to design solutions specifically for industrial factories, including fire prevention systems, anomaly detection, engineering management systems, transportation control, energy usage monitoring, and real-time water measurement. A standout service, the Visitor Management System (VMS), simplifies and secures entry and exit with License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology, enabling efficient traffic management and allowing parking payments via the Line app, reducing system costs by up to 40%.

3. Expanding Plus Concierge Services - A lifestyle assistance service, Plus Concierge is set to expand into the Phuket market in response to the growing real estate sector, enhancing services through partnerships with leading lifestyle brands, offering special promotions for residents, including housekeeping, gardening, pool cleaning, and travel deals, all bookable through the Plus Home Service App and website. Plus also plans to introduce Plus Concierge services in Phuket, catering to residents' lifestyle needs with additional offerings like airport transfers, home maintenance, and utility payment facilitation.

4. Promoting Touch Property - A subsidiary providing comprehensive building engineering systems, aiming to launch new services and broaden its customer base, focusing on high-rise buildings with long lifespans for engineering system inspections and consultations. Touch Property will offer maintenance and upgrades for complex engineering systems, including electrical, HVAC, elevator, and escalator systems, with a team of professionals specializing in engineering systems, covering various building types to extend their lifespan, enhance safety, and increase long-term value.

5. Fostering Sustainability - Through ongoing environmental activities, such as the "Waste to Worth" project for waste separation and recycling, aimed at reducing waste in managed residential projects, backyard gardening activities that provide produce for residents, beach clean-ups, and donating used plastic straws to create pillows for bedridden patients. Plus also aims for long-term partnerships with suppliers committed to sustainable production processes (Green Procurement) and reducing natural resource usage by increasingly adopting clean energy innovations.

“In addition to these five key strategies, Plus has always prioritized maintaining the highest quality and standards to deliver services that exceed customer expectations, as a leader and expert in property services with nearly 30 years of experience. This year, Plus is ready to innovate and present new ideas to enhance operational efficiency, create community, and leverage technology to truly meet customer needs,” Ms. Suwannee concluded.
