SAM Brings Properties in Bangkok to Auction at the End of February, Highlighting Great Prices in Prime Locations

Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM) is set to auction second-hand properties or non-performing assets (NPA) for residential use in Bangkok, including single houses, duplexes, townhouses, residential condos, commercial buildings, and vacant land, at special prices on February 25. Additionally, there will be investment properties available for auction on March 11. A total of 28 properties will be auctioned, with a combined value of 151 million baht. Notable properties include a residential condo with an area of 45.74 square meters in the Quinn Ratchada 17 project on Ratchadapisek Road, Din Daeng District, Bangkok, featuring complete amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, 24-hour security, and CCTV. The property is located in a commercial area near the Muang Thai-Phatra Complex, the Huai Khwang Land Office, and just 600 meters from the MRT Sutthisan station, starting at a price of only 5.99 million baht.

Furthermore, SAM has launched a promotion called “SAM Second-Hand Properties Must Be Shared”, where referring SAM properties to friends or acquaintances can earn up to 3 million baht per property (for eligible properties).
