AP Drives the 'Separate-Dispose' Project in Bangkok, Recognized as a Model for Comprehensive Waste Sorting Systems
AP Thailand Public Company Limited, a leader in Thai real estate development, under the commitment of “A Better Life by Your Choice”, aims to create environmental sustainability by fully advancing the “Separate-Dispose” project through comprehensive waste sorting management, alongside the participation of residents. One of the townhome projects involved in the campaign, Pleno Town in Lat Krabang – Chalong Krung, has been recognized by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and Lat Krabang District Office as a model project for proper waste management from the source. Recently, Mr. Chakkapan Phiu-ngam, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, Mr. Tharaphong Phetkhong, Director of Lat Krabang District, and Mr. Boonyuen Khunjaeroen, Assistant Director of Lat Krabang District, along with their team, visited the waste sorting system of the Pleno Town in Lat Krabang – Chalong Krung, where they were welcomed by Mr. Narapat Netrasawang, Senior Director of the Townhome and Twin House Business Group.

“Separate-Dispose” is a campaign promoting waste sorting management for sustainable living, which is one of the social and environmental campaigns aligned with the organization's sustainability goals. It invites residents to participate in sorting waste before sending it for proper recycling, reducing the amount of waste sent to landfills, one of the causes of global warming. The volume of sorted waste will affect the new waste management fee rates. Additionally, the amount of sellable waste will provide discounts on common expenses for residents, in line with AP's principle of designing living spaces that promote a good environment both inside and outside the homes and throughout the project area, allowing all residents and the surrounding community to enjoy a better life by their own choice sustainably.
