Nalinie Kamjaew, Acting Director of the Property Management Department, announced that the National Housing Authority is inviting private entities to submit proposals for leasing land for commercial purposes in the Affordable Housing Project in Rayong Province (Phase 3/1), according to title deed number 144303, covering an area of approximately 3-1-92.30 rai (1,392.30 square wah) in Moo 2, Tab Ma Subdistrict, Mueang Rayong District, Rayong Province. This land is located in a prime area within a community, has commercial potential, and is adjacent to Sukhumvit Road (Route 3), connecting to Map Ta Phut and Rayong Municipality, as well as providing access to the bypass road leading to Sukhumvit and Highway 36. To ensure transparency in all operational steps according to good governance principles, the National Housing Authority is allowing interested private parties to submit their rental proposals for the land. The minimum rental fee is set at 720,000 baht, with a lease term of 15 years. The monthly rental rates are as follows: Year 1-3: 20,900 baht; Year 4-6: 23,000 baht; Year 7-9: 25,100 baht; Year 10-12: 27,400 baht; Year 13-15: 30,000 baht. A bid submission guarantee of 60,000 baht and a contract performance guarantee of 90,000 baht are required. The proposal submission deadline is February 28, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the 5th-floor meeting room (East) of Building 1, National Housing Authority Headquarters, 905 Nawamin Road, Khlong Chan, Bang Kapi, Bangkok. The bid opening will take place on the same day starting at 11:40 AM at the proposal submission location.
