AIM REIT Management Co., Ltd., as the manager of the 'AIMIRT' trust, and AIM Real Estate Management Co., Ltd., as the manager of the 'AIMCG' trust, have appointed Mr. Jaratsrit Atthawetwaroop as Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Thanadech Opasayanont as Managing Director, effective January 1, 2025. The aim is to lead in independent trust management and to advance ESG initiatives this year.

The board meeting of AIM REIT Management Co., Ltd., as the manager of the AIM Industrial Growth Trust ('AIMIRT'), and AIM Real Estate Management Co., Ltd., as the manager of the AIM Commercial Growth Trust ('AIMCG'), has approved the appointment of Mr. Jaratsrit Atthawetwaroop as CEO and Mr. Thanadech Opasayanont as Managing Director, effective January 1, 2025. This appointment aligns with the group's operational policy, which seeks executives with knowledge and experience in trust management, along with an understanding of new technologies to enhance business efficiency and adaptability to the rapidly changing economic and social contexts, thereby managing the trusts and the AIM Group more effectively.

Mr. Jaratsrit Atthawetwaroop has over 10 years of experience in finance and trust management, having co-founded Thailand's first independent trust and significantly contributed to the growth of the 'AIMIRT' and 'AIMCG' trusts, which currently manage assets worth over 17 billion baht.

Meanwhile, Mr. Thanadech Opasayanont has over 10 years of experience in investment banking and expertise in capital markets and real estate investment trusts. He joined the AIM Group in 2021 and has been instrumental in closing several deals, particularly the merger and conversion of the Pinthong Industrial Park Real Estate Fund, which was a significant achievement for the 'AIMIRT' trust.

Mr. Jaratsrit Atthawetwaroop, CEO of AIM REIT Management Co., Ltd. and AIM Real Estate Management Co., Ltd., stated that 'AIM Group' aims to be a leader in independent trust management in Thailand and to manage trusts for sustainable growth. The group remains committed to managing trusts to generate consistent and continuous income while ensuring good risk diversification across various asset types. The focus will also be on sustainable organizational development through a commitment to environmental (E), social (S), and governance (G) management, or ESG. The group is currently in the process of studying and planning the implementation of these initiatives for the two trusts under its management.

Mr. Thanadech Opasayanont, Managing Director of AIM REIT Management Co., Ltd. and AIM Real Estate Management Co., Ltd., added that this year the group is also looking for additional investment opportunities in high-potential assets both in Thailand and abroad, with a rigorous screening and selection process, as well as appropriate capital and financial structures. Additionally, there are plans to enhance the efficiency of trust asset management by improving organizational workflows and applying modern technology to the organization's operational systems.
