Sansiri has announced that the construction of its 5th and 6th precast factories is over 90% complete, with plans to install machinery imported from two leading companies in the high-tech machinery and technology industry from Italy: WiTech Concrete Technology, a leader in manufacturing hollow core slabs and other concrete products for over 50 years, and IMER, a leader in large concrete mixing machinery used in the construction industry, recognized globally for over 60 years for its premium quality concrete mixing and conveying equipment. It is expected that Sansiri's 5th and 6th precast factories will begin production in early 2025, supporting business growth and future project launches.

Sansiri selects and imports modern global production machinery and quality control technology, equipped with automation and cutting-edge technology, ensuring high potential and international standards. The machinery is noted for its precision in defining workpieces, enhancing labor efficiency, and offering high flexibility to adapt production methods to accommodate all Sansiri home designs, reducing construction time and delivering residences that meet all customer needs, under the design and quality control standards of Sansiri, reinforcing confidence in being the number one real estate brand among Thais.

The 5th and 6th precast factories of Sansiri, with an investment budget of 1.4 billion baht, are located on nearly 100 rai in Pathum Thani province. They are constructed with a commitment to reducing environmental impact, including the installation of solar panels and serious waste management policies. The factories are expected to be operational and start production in early 2025, increasing Sansiri's precast production capacity by 1,000,000 square meters per year, covering clubhouse structures, main project entrance gates, and other precast products such as fences, project fences, custom-designed paving slabs, and special curb designs. This will solidify Sansiri's position as the leading manufacturer of precast concrete used in residential construction, covering all products and dominating the Thai real estate sector.
