On December 11, 2024, at 6:45 AM, Associate Professor Dr. Chatchat Sittiphan, Governor of Bangkok, and Dr. Nalika Atipak Saengsanit, Managing Director of DAD Asset Development, along with executives from the Government Complex commemorating His Majesty the King's 80th Birthday, officially opened Road No. 10, connecting the Government Complex at Chaeng Watthana with Prachachuen Road, covering a distance of 1.3 kilometers. The event was attended by executives from various partner agencies involved in the road construction, including Mr. Wisanu Sapsomphol, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, Mr. Thawatchai Naphasaksee, Director of the Bangkok Department of Public Works, Mr. Amarin Jarutamra, Director of Lak Si District, Mr. Wachirawit Phochijit, a senior expert from the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority, Colonel Pakorn Phaenrangsri, Chief of Staff of the 11th Military District, and Mr. Pasit Sripraphan, Head of Real Estate Management at Chulabhorn Royal Academy, along with traffic police officers from Pak Kret Police Station and Thung Song Hong Police Station.

Road No. 10 can accommodate up to 100,000 vehicles per day, helping to alleviate traffic from Chaeng Watthana Road and providing convenience for the general public, including those working and visiting the Government Complex.

Afterward, the Governor of Bangkok and the Managing Director of DAD visited the area at Road No. 8, at the entrance of Kamphaeng Phet 6 Road, to monitor the progress of the road construction crossing the railway to connect to Vibhavadi Rangsit Road for public service.

On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Chatchat Sittiphan, the Governor of Bangkok, and Dr. Nalika Atipak Saengsanit, the Managing Director of DAD, also discussed the possibility of jointly developing areas within Bangkok and the Government Complex to create public spaces for community benefit. They visited the multipurpose area on the 2nd floor of the State Administration Building (Building B) as there are plans to open a 'Pickleball' court for public use.
