The 7-course dinner will pair Mediterranean cuisine with live music and exquisite wines, starting with appetizers and cocktails at the Beach Bar of Praça at 5:30 PM, followed by dinner at Lido at 6:30 PM, featuring a live performance by DJ Pichy. The evening will begin with a citrus-marinated carpaccio appetizer, followed by Chef Som's signature dish, Australian wagyu tagliata with roasted bone marrow and truffle mashed potatoes.
