‘Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited’ (AIT) has announced the appointment of Ms. Sasinetr Phaholyothin as the Acting Chairperson of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer, continuing the vision of the late Mr. Siripong Unthapan to lead the organization as a leading Professional ICT Solutions Provider in the country, growing steadily through five strategic initiatives aimed at sustainable business development: expanding the customer base, fostering good relationships with partners or allies, developing personnel, enhancing internal systems, and expanding the business for sustainable growth.

On October 15, 2024, AIT, a leader in comprehensive information and communication technology system contracting, informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Mr. Siripong Unthapan, who served as the Chairperson of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer, passed away on October 13, 2024.

Consequently, the company’s board has resolved to appoint Ms. Sasinetr Phaholyothin as the Acting Chairperson of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Information Technology Public Company Limited, overseeing business management to drive the organization forward and continue the vision of Mr. Siripong Unthapan, who was committed to pushing AIT to be a leading Professional ICT Solutions Provider in the country with steady growth through sustainable business practices via five operational strategies in 2024: 1.) Expanding the customer base to drive revenue growth 2.) Building good relationships with the company’s business partners or allies 3.) Developing personnel to meet challenging work demands 4.) Enhancing internal systems to improve work efficiency, and 5.) Expanding business opportunities for sustainable growth that can yield short-term, medium-term, and long-term returns.

However, the company will proceed to recruit and appoint a qualified individual with expertise, skills, and experience in business operations to assume the position of Chairperson of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer and will inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand accordingly.
