Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or FPT, has announced the appointment of Mr. Phumphara Arunthamkul as the Managing Director of Frasers Property Industrial REIT Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd., or FIRM, which manages the Frasers Property Industrial Trust (FTREIT), a trust for investment in real estate and leasing rights for industrial properties.

Mr. Phumphara is a visionary leader with a clear management perspective and foresight, well-suited to navigate the rapidly changing and challenging business landscape. With over 15 years of expertise and experience in industrial real estate asset management and trust management, along with financial and investment knowledge gained from working with Frasers Property Thailand and leading financial institutions in Thailand, he is well-equipped for this role.

Before assuming the role of Managing Director at FIRM, Mr. Phumphara held significant positions at Frasers Property Thailand, including Senior Director of Asset Management for the Industrial Real Estate Group, where he successfully strategized to drive the growth of the rental portfolio of factories and warehouses. He also served as the Director of Investment and Investor Relations at FIRM, effectively managing investments in assets and earning the trust and support of investors.
