N.C. Housing Public Company Limited, the first ISO-certified real estate developer in Thailand, is proud to receive the Energy-Saving Home Award for its Project Number 5, marking a significant step towards sustainable living for a better quality of life as it celebrates its 30th anniversary. This achievement highlights the company's commitment to developing livable homes that promote energy efficiency.
Dr. Somchao Tanthathodtham, CEO of N.C. Housing Public Company Limited, announced the receipt of this prestigious award for Project Number 5 from the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), which runs a labeling project to indicate energy efficiency levels for housing developments. This initiative supports efficient energy use and enhances the quality of life for residents. N.C. is dedicated to the development of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly housing, continuously conducting research and development in this area. One of its key projects is the Number 5 Labeling Project for Energy Efficiency in Residential Homes, a collaboration with EGAT to promote energy-efficient housing that improves residents' quality of life and expands the practical implementation of high-efficiency housing development. The award was presented by Dr. Prasert Sinsootprasert, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy.

The Number 5 Home Label Award reflects the commitment of property developers and serves as a choice for customers looking for energy-efficient homes. The selection criteria are based on housing projects designed and constructed with energy efficiency in mind, utilizing materials and electrical equipment that help reduce energy consumption. N.C. received the award for three quality brand projects.
1. N.C. Tiwa Pinklao - Sai 5: Luxury Modern Classic single-family homes priced at 9 million baht. 2. Fah Greenery Neola Rangsit Klong 2: Single-family homes with a usable area of 200 square meters on a 84 square wah plot starting at 7.89 million baht, and twin homes styled like single-family homes with a usable area of 140 square meters on a 39 square wah plot priced at 3.99 million baht. 3. Both types of homes, the twin homes, come with discounts of up to 500,000 baht, free transfer fees, free one-year maintenance fees, free mortgage fees, and two free air conditioners (Panasonic Nanoe-x). The single-family homes offer discounts of up to 800,000 baht, along with the same benefits. These homes are guaranteed to save energy, reduce electricity bills, and feature designs that enhance energy efficiency, utilizing natural light and ventilation, eco-friendly materials, and appliances with a Number 5 label, significantly reducing living expenses. This aligns with the national energy conservation plan and encourages home purchases during this final quarter.
