Pruksa Holding Emphasizes Its Commitment to Sustainability by Organizing ESG DAY 2024 with the Theme 'Everyone Matters', Promoting a Corporate Culture that Respects Human Rights and Opposes Corruption

Pruksa Holding is dedicated to becoming a sustainable organization, integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles comprehensively into its business operations. Recently, it held its annual major event, ESG DAY 2024: Everyone Matters, highlighting a corporate culture that values the rights of all individuals and the fight against corruption. This event aims to reinforce employees' understanding of their rights and responsibilities, as well as those of others and society, fostering awareness of equality and transparency, and driving sustainability in both business and society. The event was led by Mr. Thongma Vijitpongpun, Founder and Director, and Mr. Uthen Lohachitpitak, CEO of Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited, along with executives from all business sectors within the group, held at the Pearl Bangkok building.

The ESG DAY 2024 was a Hybrid Event conducted both online and offline to communicate with all employees in the Pruksa group, covering real estate, healthcare, e-commerce, construction, and precast businesses, totaling over 2,740 participants. The event featured activities that provided knowledge about implementing ESG principles, translating policies into actual practices within the organization. There were Q&A sessions with prizes at the anti-corruption booth, a board made from recycled materials for employees to propose ideas for Pruksa to achieve its goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by 2030, and the “Recycle Plus” activity booth where employees could exchange clean, dry plastic waste, electronic waste, or glass bottles for participation in activities. This event allowed employees to engage in business operations through genuine sustainable development practices. A special talk was also organized to inspire employees, featuring D.J. P’ Aoy Napaporn Traiwitwaryakul, who shared experiences on the topic of "Club ESG Day" focusing on work-life integration to achieve success both at work and personally. This is another activity aligned with the business ethics that Pruksa emphasizes, fostering a mindset where work and life can coexist happily and successfully, while creating positive change and significant differences for the organization and society, delivering the message of 'living well and happily' from within to the outside.
