Sansiri Reports 9-Month Sales of 37 Billion Baht, Transfers of 31 Billion Baht; 16 Projects Worth 15.5 Billion Baht Launching in Q4
- Sansiri (SIRI) maintains growth levels, expecting to meet its annual target of 40 billion baht for the year 67. Recently, sales for the past 9 months exceeded 37 billion baht, accounting for 71% of the annual sales target of 52 billion baht.
- Sold Out! Rapid sales of 7 projects totaling 12 billion baht in popular tourist destinations such as Phuket, Chiang Mai, and Pattaya.
- Transfers exceeded the target, reaching 31 billion baht, which is 72% of the annual transfer goal of 43 billion baht. In Q3, 5 condominiums were transferred quickly.
- In the final quarter, 16 new projects worth 15.5 billion baht will be launched, including the luxury community "SANSIRI 10 EAST" valued at over 18 billion baht, coming soon.
Mr. Vicharn Viriyaputhit, Chief Executive Officer of Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI), revealed that under the strategy to maintain consistent growth and manage investments effectively, along with support from government measures to stimulate the real estate sector, Sansiri achieved remarkable performance in the past 9 months, generating total sales of 37 billion baht, which is 71% of the annual sales target of 52 billion baht, growing by 10% compared to the same period last year. Additionally, Sansiri's transfer value surged to 31 billion baht, accounting for 72% of the annual transfer target of 43 billion baht, growing by 15% from the previous year.

“In Q3, Sansiri achieved Sold Out! 7 projects worth 12 billion baht, led by horizontal projects including Demi Sathorn 49, Burasiri San Phak Khaeo, Setthasiri Chaeng Watthana – Pracha Chuen 2, Anasiri Rangsit, and Saransiri Rangsit, as well as condominiums such as The Base Phetchaburi – Thonglor and D Condo Pana. Furthermore, strong sales performance also came from the signature single-house brand “Setthasiri,” which generated total sales of 6.5 billion baht in 9 months. Saransiri Srinakarin – Phraeksa sold out the first phase immediately on pre-sale day, with 70% of the first phase transferred within 3 months. Saransiri Rangsit 2, single houses by the river with a good atmosphere and complete facilities, received excellent customer response, achieving over 90% booking in the first phase, continuing the success of the Rangsit – Bang Phun community. Meanwhile, “The River,” a collection of luxury riverside single houses, achieved over 50% sales before the official launch. New brands such as “Narin Siri” and “Mabel” also received positive feedback, with a large number of registrations expressing interest in the projects.

Phuket – Chiang Mai – Pattaya Sales Surge
Projects in tourist cities received very positive responses, especially in Chiang Mai, which can meet the housing needs across all segments, both Affordable and Luxury. Projects like Anasiri Paiyap and Setthasiri Ruam Chok, officially launched earlier this year, received excellent feedback, particularly Anasiri Paiyap, which sold out quickly in both phases. Setthasiri Ruam Chok has ramped up construction to meet the rapidly increasing demand for single houses. Projects in Phuket also received very positive responses following the tourism recovery, with the recently launched Canvas Cheung Thale receiving excellent feedback, especially from foreign customers. The Base Rise Phuket achieved 70% pre-sale sales since its launch, and Way Phothisar Pattaya sold out its quota to foreign customers.

Q3 Transfers Surge with 5 Condominiums
In Q3, Sansiri reinforced its position as a market leader in campus condominiums and affordable condominiums, transferring 5 projects, including the “D Condo” brand targeting large community locations near universities and job centers with high demand. These include “D Condo Well” adjacent to Kasetsart University, Sriracha, just 10 minutes from Robinson, starting at 1.49 million baht; “D Condo Sand Hat Yai,” fully furnished with well-being functions, conveniently located on Kanjanavanit Road, just 10 minutes from Central Hat Yai, with extensive common areas on 1.5 rai, featuring a 45-meter long swimming pool, starting at 1.69 million baht; “D Condo Reef Phuket” with fully furnished rooms and complete common areas on 2 rai, featuring a 60-meter long swimming pool, just 7 minutes to Central Phuket and 10 minutes to Patong Beach, starting at 1.89 million baht; and “D Condo Hype Rangsit,” located on a main road opposite Bangkok University, offering comprehensive facilities for a well-rounded life on over 1.8 rai, with returns exceeding value, averaging 8 - 10%, starting at 1.79 million baht. Additionally, the new brand “VAY” is also being transferred, offering affordable prices to meet the needs of residents seeking a work-life balance, with green spaces and facilities like fitness centers and swimming pools within the condominium. The “Way Amata” project in Chonburi is valued at 670 million baht.

Continuing into the Final Quarter, Expecting Year-End Performance to Reach New Heights
“Based on the overall performance in the past 9 months, we expect Sansiri to achieve its annual target for 2567, with the best performance anticipated in Q4, as we plan to launch another 16 new projects worth a total of 15.5 billion baht. A highlight is the upcoming launch of “SANSIRI 10 EAST,” a significant landmark that will feature luxury and super-luxury projects from 4 brands, including Sansiri, Sirin Siri, Narasiri, and Setthasiri, on over 165 rai, with a total value exceeding 18 billion baht,” Mr. Vicharn stated.

In 2567, Sansiri plans to launch a total of 46 projects worth a combined 61 billion baht.
