Currently, CMC has 15 projects for sale, which have been well-received by customers. The Clef Riverline Chao Phraya-Wongsawang is one of the most successful condominium models in terms of sales, with 80% sold and 30% transferred. It is anticipated that all units will be sold and gradually transferred to customers within the next six months.

The target customer group for The Clef Riverline Chao Phraya-Wongsawang includes parents, students, educational personnel, medical staff, local government officials, and long-term rental investors. The project's location is surrounded by amenities such as shopping malls, government agencies, educational institutions, and medical centers, which enhances its attractiveness for long-term investment, particularly among students, educational personnel, and medical staff in the area.
