Sena Development Advances LivNex Rent-to-Own Program, Offering Special Benefits to Good Borrowers from the Student Loan Fund
Sena Development Public Company Limited is moving forward with the LivNex project, a financial innovation for rent-to-own housing, aimed at addressing the challenges of accessing loans and enhancing the ability to own quality housing. The company has launched a campaign offering “special privileges for borrowers from the Student Loan Fund (Kyor) who have received a certificate of good debt repayment”. Those eligible can easily participate in the LivNex program and become homeowners with Sena by simply presenting their certificate. They will receive special benefits at over 20 Sena condominium projects located in various quality locations such as Sukhumvit, Ramkhamhaeng, Bangna, Chaengwattana, and Rangsit, including free transfer fees, fully furnished units, and an additional discount of 10,000 baht. The initiative was honored by Mr. Chai Narong Kachapanan, Manager of the Student Loan Fund, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Kessara Thanyalakphak, Managing Director of Sena Development Public Company Limited, who jointly provide opportunities for access to quality housing while promoting financial discipline among borrowers by offering special privileges to those with a good repayment history, including those who have settled their accounts and those currently in regular repayment status (not overdue) who have received a certificate from Kyor as evidence of their responsibility and financial discipline.

The LivNex Rent-to-Own Program is a new financial innovation from Sena Development designed to solve problems and provide an alternative for those who wish to own a home but face credit or documentation issues. Borrowers from Kyor who have received a certificate of good debt repayment can own a residence by signing a 3-year contract and making monthly payments, which consist of an interest rate of only 1.8%, with the remainder being savings that can be used to offset the principal when ready to apply for a home loan. The LivNex contract requires no down payment and does not require bank loan approval, allowing participants to choose the Sena project they desire. Importantly, the accumulated savings in the contract can also be transferred to another party at an agreed price with the new tenant or buyer. The rent-to-own housing starts at 4,100 baht per million baht per month, with the project duration running from today until December 31, 2024.
