THANA is confident that the real estate market in Nonthaburi will continue to grow. The company has unveiled plans for the second half of the year, launching 3 new projects worth 1.2 billion baht as part of its targeted marketing strategy aimed at various generations. The third quarter will kick off with the launch of “THANA Habitat Nakhon In - Rama 5,” the fourth joint venture project developed by Anabuki Thanasiri (Thailand), featuring only 97 units valued at 800 million baht. The project will focus on the wellness business, homey wellness by Newton EM, to support the lifestyles of residents of all ages and ensure sustainable business growth.

Mr. Sutthirak Sateeraphapuyuth, CEO of Thanasiri Group (THANA), expressed confidence in developing residential projects in the “Nonthaburi” area, which has great potential for diverse housing options at affordable prices. He noted that this is a familiar location for the company, having developed over 25 projects in the area, which gives them confidence every time they launch a sale. They will continue to follow their planned strategy by adjusting their business approach to align with current market conditions and the needs of their target customers.

The third quarter will begin with “THANA Habitat Nakhon In - Rama 5,” the fourth joint venture project developed by Anabuki Thanasiri (Thailand), valued at 800 million baht, with prices starting at 6.59 million baht. This project targets working customers aged 30-50 looking to expand their families. It features only 97 houses on over 17 rai of land, including large homes on 50-60 square wah plots with usable areas of 185-233 square meters (29 units) and medium-sized homes on 35-40 square wah plots with usable areas of 155-158 square meters (68 units). Additionally, the design accommodates all activities for residents of all ages.
The company is also preparing to develop two more projects in nearby locations under the “THANA Park Prive” brand, with projects 2 and 3 valued at 400 million baht. These projects will target high-end customers, focusing on creating a quality living environment with appropriately designed spaces and good materials at reasonable prices, similar to “THANA Park Prive” project 1, which received a positive response when launched earlier this year.

“The new projects not only remain in the main Nonthaburi area but also expand to other potential locations, including the eastern zone such as Bangna and the Ring Road - Rama 9, covering all target customer groups with high purchasing power, from those just starting families to those with stable incomes. The company has set a sales target of 1.4 billion baht, while recognizing revenue of 1.2 billion baht,” said Mr. Sutthirak.
