For urban developers and real estate professionals, adapting Thailand's cities to fully accommodate the aging population is an urgent matter that must be 'initiated.'

DEPA, in collaboration with the Faculty of Architecture at Chulalongkorn University and CU D4S Enterprises, has launched the Smart Sustainable City for Silver GEN course to prepare for future aging cities. This program delves into sustainable urban design technologies for the elderly and includes a partnership agreement to develop a lifelong learning ecosystem for smart city development, addressing social, economic, environmental, and technological changes.
