In the first half of the year, Property Perfect generated a revenue of 4.827 billion baht, with the overall real estate business in the second quarter growing by 14.4% due to projects in the Thai Chamber of Commerce area and the luxury home segment. In the second half of the year, the company plans to aggressively target all segments, including marketing aimed at high purchasing power groups, and will launch new single-detached homes and townhomes as part of the welfare housing project. In the hotel business, the occupancy rate increased in the first half of the year, with revenue growing by 14.1% compared to the previous year. The company is preparing to unveil a new look for the riverside meeting rooms at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel, which is expected to help boost annual revenue by 10%.

Mr. Wongsakorn Prasittiwipat, Managing Director of Property Perfect Public Company Limited, revealed the company's performance for the first half of 2023, stating that the company had total operational revenue of 4.827 billion baht, broken down into 3.261 billion baht from real estate, 1.317 billion baht from hotels, and 249 million baht from leasing and services. Overall, in Q2/2023, the real estate business continued to grow, generating 1.740 billion baht, an increase of 14.4% compared to the first quarter's revenue of 1.521 billion baht. Meanwhile, the hotel business saw a decrease in revenue in Q2 compared to the first quarter, which is typical for the hotel industry as Q2 is considered the low season for Thai tourism. However, the total revenue for the hotel business in the first half of the year grew by 14.1% compared to the same period last year.

“In the first half of the year, the company saw increased sales from projects in the Thai Chamber of Commerce area, which received a positive response, achieving sales of over 560 million baht. There is still continuous demand as it is an area that is expanding into a large community, with convenient access and complete amenities. We have a variety of projects to choose from, covering all needs at every price level. At the same time, the company was able to achieve sales from luxury projects under the Perfect Masterpiece and Lake Legend brands, which still have strong purchasing power. Additionally, we expanded our customer base with luxury three-story homes in the VILLA project and penthouses, resulting in total sales from high-end housing projects reaching 1.770 billion baht.”

In the second half of the year, the company will focus on increasing sales across all segments to drive growth. This includes proactive marketing plans targeting specific customer groups with strong purchasing power to boost sales of high-end homes, as well as developing new products to meet the needs of middle and upper-middle-class homebuyers. This includes new single-detached homes in the Perfect Place project in all locations and new townhomes in The Metro Chaeng Watthana project. Additionally, we will organize the "Stay Rich Condo" and "Modi Villa Townhome" projects as part of the welfare housing project for civil servants, state enterprise employees, and private sector workers, supported by special low-interest welfare loans from financial institutions to create opportunities for first-time homebuyers to easily own their residences. Furthermore, given the current situation where the housing market is slowing down and financial institutions are tightening their mortgage loan approvals with high-interest rates, the company is collaborating with leading banks to support loans for customers of single-detached homes and townhomes across all projects, with low-interest rates to help reduce the burden of repayments.

In the hotel business segment, the group saw growth in the first half of the year compared to the same period last year, with hotels in Bangkok achieving an average occupancy rate of 70%, up from 65% last year, due to an increase in foreign tourists and enhanced meeting room services at the Westin Grand Sukhumvit Hotel. Meanwhile, hotels in provincial areas had an average occupancy rate of 60%. In the second half of the year, there will be improvements to the riverside meeting rooms at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel, which are expected to be completed in August and unveiled in September, allowing for large-scale meetings. It is anticipated that revenue from the hotel business in the second half of the year will grow due to an increase in both domestic and international conferences, resulting in total revenue for this year increasing by 10% compared to last year.
