AssetWise Hosts Kasetsart University Architecture Students for Real-World Site Visit at WisePark Minburi, Expanding Design Horizons Beyond the Classroom and Nurturing Sustainable Living Ideas
AssetWise Public Company Limited, a leading real estate developer, welcome architecture students from Kasetsart University to visit WisePark Minburi, the first comprehensive mixed-use project by AssetWise, strategically located to connect with the New CBD for a balanced lifestyle for all generations. The company has developed over 33 rai of land, featuring Atmoz Flow Minburi, a resort-style condominium, Mingle Hill Minburi, a community mall catering to lifestyle needs, and future residential development areas. The team guided the students on a tour of the facilities, including the amenities within Atmoz Flow Minburi that support various lifestyles, such as exercise areas, relaxation spots, and communal spaces for hanging out amidst lush nature. Additionally, the students learned about building development trends under the concepts of Wisecology and GrowGreen, which focus on creating quality living spaces that are environmentally conscious. They also observed proper waste management practices from the outset, following the Sort-Empty-Turn concept implemented in AssetWise's residential and office projects.

The visit to WisePark Minburi is part of the project “ASW x Arch KU: Designing the Right Life with Care for Sustainable Living”, a collaboration between AssetWise and the Faculty of Architecture at Kasetsart University to enhance the teaching of architectural design in the VI course. The initiative includes special guest speakers who provide students with a real-world experience by visiting ready-to-move-in condominium projects and offering design challenges based on actual land parcels in WisePark Minburi, allowing students to simulate real design work that aligns with the context of the area and the modern trend towards sustainability. Students with outstanding designs will receive a prize of 50,000 baht.
Mr. Weerapand Wiphanpong, Deputy CEO of AssetWise Public Company Limited, stated, “AssetWise is pleased to welcome architecture students from Kasetsart University to WisePark Minburi, where we closely toured the Atmoz Flow Minburi and Mingle Mall Minburi projects. We are confident that these new architects will be able to apply the concepts of GrowGreen and Wisecology to their future work. The ASW x Arch KU initiative was created because we believe that the best learning comes from seeing and doing, preparing students for their future careers as professional architects.”
Dr. Rattapoom Pakarnseri, Deputy Head of the Department of Architecture at Kasetsart University, commented on the activity, saying, “The visit to WisePark Minburi and Atmoz Flow Minburi is a great opportunity for architecture students. Not only do they gain inspiration from the real design world, but it also enhances their understanding of integrated architectural design concepts. This allows them to apply classroom knowledge to real projects, showcasing their potential as new architects who care for both people and the environment.”
Thanatcha Saleem, an architecture student at Kasetsart University, shared, “Seeing the actual site helped me understand the design structure better. I could see how what the professors and experts from AssetWise discussed in class is applied to meet the needs of the area. Observing the real site provided me with ideas to further develop my design project.”
Meanwhile, Pasinee Jongrakthanakij, another architecture student at Kasetsart University, expressed, “I am glad to have visited the actual project because it highlighted the importance of design that meets needs and the selection of quality materials that provide both beauty and functionality for residents. I believe the design concepts of the project align with modern trends that prioritize the quality of life for people and our planet.”
For the course Architectural Design VI at the Faculty of Architecture, Kasetsart University, a total of 150 hours of instruction is provided, including lectures, site visits, and hands-on design of residential buildings based on real locations. AssetWise aims to inspire and enhance the design potential of the new generation while instilling the philosophy of developing housing that meets the happiness of all generations alongside environmental consciousness under the concept of ‘We Build Happiness’.
