They believe that a good life, good health, and a good society can easily begin at home. For this reason, Pruksa is committed to developing products, services, and organizing various activities to enhance the quality of life for people to live well and happily. The "Live Well Stay Well Market Fest" is another special event organized by Pruksa in line with their commitment to delivering quality living. It has been continuously held in various locations of Pruksa projects, with the latest event taking place at Pruksa Avenue Theparak - New City earlier this August. This not only provided residents with enjoyable moments but also instilled the importance of social and environmental care.

At the Live Well Stay Well Market Fest @ Pruksa Avenue Theparak - New City, residents were offered well-being through products, services, and great activities from the Pruksa group and partners that cater to the lifestyle of every family member. This includes modern lifestyle services like Clickzy.com, an e-commerce platform for home and health enthusiasts that showcases products from numerous leading partner stores, MyHaus, a smart home application that facilitates living, and WIZLAH TH, an application that simplifies home interior design and furniture selection.

Health enthusiasts had access to experts from Wimut Hospital and Wimut-Thepararin Hospital for consultations, along with Thonglor Animal Hospital providing free basic health checks for residents' pets. Additionally, Pruksa's health service partners included (1) Acnos Health, an intelligent health service application that cares for you anytime, anywhere, specializing in disease screening, (2) Farm Care, a telepharmacy platform offering online pharmacist consultations and home delivery of medications, ensuring high-quality pharmacy services, and (3) Lab Move, which brings health services to your home, including acne cause testing from the Dermatology Institute, home health checks and blood tests, cervical cancer risk screening from urine, special health check packages at discounted prices, and free HPV testing from urine under the gold card rights.

The event also featured valuable knowledge on health care and home-related topics during the Live Well Talk, led by experts and qualified speakers. Topics included health-conscious eating under the theme "Eat well, Stay well" by Dr. Patnapa Srichomchoey, a professional dietitian from Wimut-Thepararin Hospital, tips on choosing furniture that fits the space by WIZLAH TH, using the MYHAUS application for easy home management, and advice on selecting suitable solar cells for energy savings from GREEN LEAF.

Additionally, the event included eco-friendly activities aimed at environmental care, such as tree planting to create green spaces with the PRUKSA GREEN PLUS project and educational activities on waste separation for children to enjoy and receive creative and eco-friendly prizes, along with heartwarming community-sharing activities in the project "Big Brother Helps - Little Brother Asks for Happiness" by PRUKSA x Mirror Foundation, where residents donated second-hand items to underprivileged children to foster a community of well-being together. Environmental partners like Wongpai provided knowledge about biochar, a product used for soil improvement derived from the thermal decomposition of biomass or organic matter.

For entertainment activities that brought smiles to residents, there were contests like Pet Super Model, showcasing adorable pets, and D.I.Y. workshops that fostered warm family relationships, along with a parade of food trucks offering a variety of delicious options for the whole family, both savory and sweet, along with beverages. Special privileges for PRUKSA Members included the ability to redeem accumulated points for shopping coupons for goods and food at the event, with all vendors using eco-friendly containers and operating a cashless system to reduce resource use and care for the environment.

As for the colorful impressions of the evening, a special show, "Live Well Mini Concert by KTK Bibbidii Entertainment", featured artists from Bibbidii Entertainment, including Min, Kant, Tata, Tongfang, and Best, contestants from the KTK Kaithakab program, guaranteed by New Naphatsorn, who joined to provide special moments at the event.
