The ‘AIMIRT’ trust has reported strong performance for the second quarter of 2023 after merging with the ‘PPF’ fund, preparing to pay dividends continuously based on the performance from May 1 to June 30, 2023, at a rate of 0.1433 baht per unit. This follows the dividend payout from the first four months of the previous period, resulting in a total dividend payout of 0.4300 baht per unit for the first half of 2023, maintaining its position as the leading REIT in the industry.

Ms. Yanichasa Chatwuthikobkul, Chief Financial Officer of AIM REIT Management Co., Ltd., as the manager of the ‘AIMIRT’ trust, announced the board's resolution to approve an additional two-month dividend payout based on the performance from May 1 to June 30, 2023, at a rate of 0.1433 baht per unit. After the first four months' payout at a rate of 0.2867 baht per unit, the total dividend for the first half of 2023 amounts to 0.4300 baht per unit, securing the top spot for half-year dividends among REITs. The XD mark will be effective on August 26, with dividends to be paid to trust unit holders on September 12. The second quarter performance report for the period from April 1 to June 30, 2023, follows the merger with the ‘PPF’ fund, which has strengthened stability since June 6, 2023. Although revenue from the new assets was not fully recognized for the quarter, the ‘AIMIRT’ trust reported total revenue of 275 million baht in Q2 2023, reflecting a growth of approximately 5% in rental and service income compared to the previous quarter, with a net profit (increase in net assets from operations) of 337 million baht. This quarter also recorded special items as profits from the merger and transformation of ‘PPF’, which are accounting profits calculated based on the market price of the ‘AIMIRT’ trust at the time of the transaction, clearly indicating stable overall performance driven by the fundamental strengths of the assets in the trust's portfolio and the manager's ability to select and invest in quality assets continuously.

Mr. Jaratsrit Atthawetwirot, Managing Director of AIM REIT Management Co., Ltd., further stated that the performance of the ‘AIMIRT’ trust has shown continuous growth, driven by proactive management. The asset size has expanded by over 20%, reaching 13.6 billion baht after successfully merging with the ‘PPF’ real estate fund. This serves as further proof of overcoming the limitations of independent trust growth while advancing the policy of managing the trust for stable, continuous, and sustainable growth, seeking opportunities to invest in diverse potential assets while prioritizing investor benefits.
