Understanding consumer needs is at the heart of design. We recognize that everyone has unique desires and expectations. Therefore, design should not only focus on aesthetics or functionality but must begin with a genuine understanding of individual behaviors and specific needs. Creating spaces that meet these needs enhances the quality of life for residents, whether you prefer tranquility or social gatherings. Your home should reflect your identity and make you feel like yourself every day.

SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, or SC Asset, a leader in high-quality real estate development and innovation, is entering its third decade of robust and stable business operations. The company is developing residential projects with strategies and mindsets that are personalized to meet the diverse lifestyles of different groups, reflecting the changing definitions of family. Continuing the concept of 'One size doesn’t fit all', SC Asset has successfully launched projects like “Single Living Homes” and “Same Home” at the Venue Rama 9 project, as well as “Gamer Homes” at the Venue ID Motorway - Rama 9, which have generated significant buzz in the market.

Similarly, SC Asset is advancing its business in Engine 1 – the real estate for sale sector, aligning with the trend of modern consumers who increasingly seek homes that cater to specific lifestyles. Emphasizing uniqueness and embracing diversity, the designs of #SCIntrovertHome and #SCExtrovertHome reflect the needs of new generations who wish to balance their lives both inside and outside their homes. This year, we are excited to unveil a new series of homes as part of ‘One size doesn’t fit all’, because a single home design does not meet everyone’s needs. We share consumer insights through the designs of “Introvert Homes” and “Extrovert Homes” to reinforce our leadership in the market for developing home designs that cater to individual lifestyles. These homes will be available at the Venue ID Vibhavadi-Phaholyothin project, with prices starting from 7.99 to 15 million, and we will also introduce the Introvert home design at the Venue ID Ramindra-Minburi project in October.

Mr. Natthakit Sirirat, Head of Marketing at SC Asset, stated, “The latest home series designs, ‘Introvert Homes’ and ‘Extrovert Homes’, build on the concept of ‘One Size Doesn’t Fit All’ to reinforce our leadership in the market for developing homes designed to accommodate individual lifestyles. The uniqueness of this home series comes from a deep understanding of consumer insights through observing and studying different behaviors, which we use to develop homes that address every aspect of life according to individual characteristics. We have received inquiries from many customers wanting homes with specific characteristics. Based on our research and in-depth data collection, we have developed homes in the ‘One Size Does Not Fit All’ series that perfectly meet the needs of both Introverts and Extroverts.”

The Introvert and Extrovert home designs consist of a total of 4 models: 3 Introvert models and 1 Extrovert model. In August, we launched 2 models: C.A.L.M. (developed from Restrained Introvert) and V.I.B.E.S. (developed from Extrovert) at the Venue ID Vibhavadi-Phaholyothin project. In October 2024, we will introduce the Introvert twin home designs: C.H.I.L.L. (developed from Social Introvert) and S.A.G.E. (developed from Thinking Introvert), with designs reflecting different lifestyles.

Mr. Kandisak Ruenjaichan, Head of Product Design and Innovation at SC Asset, explained the design concepts: “For the first two models launching soon, located in the Venue ID Vibhavadi-Phaholyothin project, the C.A.L.M. home (developed from Restrained Introvert) features a usable area of 258 sq.m., comprising 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 dining area, 1 preparation area, 1 Thai kitchen, 1 upstairs lounge, and 2 parking spaces.

The design for those with a Restrained Introvert lifestyle is characterized by careful planning and thoughtful consideration before taking action. Their interests often involve activities that require planning, such as hiking, gardening, cooking, reading, or collecting. Therefore, the design focuses on creating spaces that accommodate various activities for everyone in the home while emphasizing personal space within shared areas. For instance, there’s a collector’s corner in the foyer that welcomes you with a sense of fulfillment and energy recharge. The cooking area includes a pantry seamlessly connected to the kitchen, along with a quiet workspace, reading nook, or hobby area. Every space is designed to help residents feel relaxed and engage in activities according to their interests in a calm and private atmosphere.

Next is the V.I.B.E.S. home (developed from Extrovert), featuring a usable area of 325 sq.m., comprising 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 dining area, 1 kitchen area, 1 Thai kitchen, 1 rooftop relaxation area, and 3 parking spaces.

The V.I.B.E.S. home is designed for those with an Extrovert lifestyle, characterized by a love for socializing and feeling energized through interactions with others. They enjoy participating in social activities such as parties, teamwork, or meeting new people. They often feel enthusiastic and happy when surrounded by others and have opportunities to express or share their thoughts. Therefore, the functionality of this home design emphasizes communal spaces for gatherings, starting with a spacious living room that connects to the dining area and includes a pantry for snacks and meal preparation, perfect for socializing. Meanwhile, the second floor features a bar and family area that remain interconnected for both functionality and shared activities, whether for casual gatherings or team meetings infused with fun. Additionally, the open rooftop area on the top floor is perfect for hosting parties with friends and family, barbecuing, enjoying the view, or watching movies at night, as long as you desire.”

Discover the Introvert and Extrovert home designs, including C.A.L.M. and V.I.B.E.S., at the Venue ID Vibhavadi-Phaholyothin project. The project also offers comprehensive amenities such as a large clubhouse with a solar roof, a 30-meter saltwater freeform swimming pool, fitness center, co-working space, kids' room, communal garden with playground, and SC ASSET standard security systems.
