ORN has revealed a positive outlook for Q3/2024, achieving new high sales in the international market with projects such as Astra Sky River, The Next Ruam Chok - City Hall 1, Arise Charoenmuang, Ornsirin Ville Chotana, Believe Ring Road - San Kamphaeng, and Habitat Super Highway, which has contributed to an increase in backlog by 1.5 billion baht. The company is set to recognize revenue gradually in Q3/2024 and is preparing to launch the VIP sales for the Ornsirin Ville San Sai project on August 24-25, showcasing twin houses in a Country Classic style with a European atmosphere, valued at 850 million baht. Alongside this, special campaigns are being organized to boost sales across all projects, targeting local residents and international customers to drive additional sales. For the first half of 2024, the company reported total revenue of 378.69 million baht and a profit of 8.10 million baht.

Mr. Akkadech Udomsiritamrong, Deputy CEO of Ornsirin Holding Public Company Limited (ORN), stated that the business outlook for Q3/2024 is promising. The company is accelerating its sales strategy in collaboration with sales agents to expand its customer base, particularly among foreign customers from Myanmar. In July, the company received positive feedback from international clients, with sales from projects such as Astra Sky River, The Next Ruam Chok - City Hall 1, Arise Charoenmuang, Ornsirin Ville Chotana, Believe Ring Road - San Kamphaeng, and Habitat Super Highway increasing by 188% compared to the monthly sales target, reflecting a growing demand from foreign buyers.

For the operational plan in Q3/2024, the company is preparing to launch the pre-sale of the Ornsirin Ville San Sai project, featuring single and twin houses in a Country Classic style with a European atmosphere, comprising 107 units valued at 850 million baht, located near Ruam Chok Mall and Mae Jo University, with prices starting at 2.49 million baht.

Additionally, the company is advancing its marketing strategy to stimulate purchasing decisions among Thai and foreign customers to maintain continuous sales. Recently, a promotion called 8E88! was launched for August, offering special deals for the ORNSIRIN VILLE (Chotana) project, a new townhouse close to the city that caters to the lifestyle of modern individuals, featuring communal areas surrounded by nature with views of Doi Suthep, providing a relaxing experience every day at a special price starting at 3.3 million baht. Those who register within August will receive 8 free items, including free transfer fees, free maintenance fees, and free electrical appliances (6 items).

The Ornsirin Ville Tha Ruea project features commercial twin houses in a Modern Homey style, located on a major road amidst a community area and a walking market that is set to become a new destination for chill seekers and shoppers.

“The rejection rate of loans from financial institutions has impacted domestic purchasing power, causing some slowdown. It is expected that the real demand buyer group and foreign customers will help drive sales. The company continues to monitor the situation and adjust its operational and sales strategies to face the challenges of the Thai real estate market amid an economic slowdown to achieve the targeted growth,” Mr. Akkadech stated.

Regarding the financial performance for the first half of 2024, the total revenue was 378.69 million baht with a net profit of 8.10 million baht. As of July 30, 2024, the backlog has increased to approximately 1.409 billion baht, which is expected to be gradually recognized starting in Q3/2024.
