PROUD has announced its Q2/2567 financial results, reporting revenue of 713 million baht, a remarkable increase of 148% compared to the same period last year, which had revenue of 288 million baht. The net profit for the quarter reached 12 million baht, up 33% from 9 million baht in the previous year. For the first half of 2567, the total revenue was 1,784 million baht, an increase of 50% from 1,192 million baht in the same period last year, with a net profit of 89 million baht.

Mr. Pasu Liptapallop, Executive Director of Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited (PROUD), stated that the strong performance in Q2/2567 was driven by the transfer of ownership for the Nue Cross Khu Khot Station project, which has achieved 100% pre-sales. Currently, over 80% of the ownership transfers have been completed, amounting to 1,673 million baht across 959 units. The company aims to close two projects in 2567.

Additionally, the first half of 2567 saw a total revenue of 1,784 million baht, an increase of 592 million baht from the previous year, with a net profit of 89 million baht.

The growth in performance is attributed to the successful transfer of ownership for the Nue Cross Khu Khot Station project, which has exceeded expectations. The company has also been able to repay loans ahead of schedule, reflecting its strong financial position and commitment to invest in new projects for sustained growth.

“We are confident that the luxury residential market still has significant growth potential due to the demand from high-end real demand customers. Despite the overall slowdown in the real estate market, our sales from both horizontal and vertical projects remain strong, driven by foreign real demand buyers at 37% and Thai buyers at 63%. Our strategy focuses on developing luxury real estate projects in prime locations, with a limited number of launches but emphasizing design and service excellence. We analyze customer behavior in detail to truly meet the needs of real demand customers, resulting in a current backlog of 10,663 million baht, which will be recognized as revenue from now until 2569,” Mr. Pasu added.
