The National Housing Authority is catering to those who dream of owning a home by launching a nationwide sale of housing projects in every location. They are offering customizable promotions, with discounts of up to 25% and a wide selection of freebies. The initial booking deposit starts at just 1,000 Baht, available from today until September 30, 2024.

Mr. Sanya Wasuwanna, Acting Governor of the National Housing Authority stated that following the policy of Mr. Warawut Silpa-archa, Minister of Social Development and Human Security, who aims to provide citizens with their own homes to foster pride and motivation in life, which will lead to the creation of warm families in the future, the National Housing Authority has organized this customizable promotion. Buyers can choose from various housing projects across Thailand, with a booking deposit starting at just 1,000 Baht, available until September 30, 2024.

For details on thecustomizable promotion, buyers can select their preferred home and choose to receive discounts of 5-20% (for general customers) on 171 projects, or 10-25% (for vulnerable groups including persons with disabilities, the elderly, and single parents) on 131 projects. Alternatively, they can opt for discounts combined with freebies such as furniture, electrical appliances, tablets, or smartphones (the total value of the freebies combined with the discount cannot exceed the cash discount of each project). Additionally, special price reductions have been applied to 49 projects of affordable housing, with sizes starting at 24 square meters priced from 250,000 Baht and 33 square meters priced from 390,000 Baht.
