Embassy Diplomat Screen Cinema hosted the event “Cinematicverse Movie Coming Attraction 2025”, showcasing the lineup of films for the second half of 2024 and 2025 to Exclusive Partners & Sponsorships. This collaboration aims to plan and conduct activities to expand the customer base throughout the year through 360-degree advertising media, including cinema advertising and digital signage in cinema areas, social media platforms with large followings, CRM programs, and packaging sponsorship strategies to communicate with customers via popcorn packaging, along with on-ground marketing activities to provide customers with brand experiences. Additionally, Thai films like 'Larn Ma' earned 320 million baht in Thailand, and collectively in Asia, they grossed 1.3 billion baht. This data reflects that after the COVID situation, people are returning to cinemas more, as seen in the 2023 attendance figures, which reached 90% compared to 2019. In the first half of this year, several Thai films successfully earned over 100 million baht, with four more set to release, expected to generate high revenues as well, such as 'The Drop 2', aiming for 1 billion baht. Next year, the arrival of blockbuster films from Hollywood may adjust the ratio to 50%, showcasing the strength of the Thai film industry.

In 2025, the months of May to July and October to December will be peak seasons for major Hollywood films. It is anticipated that cinema attendance will increase significantly during these six months, with major films such as Folie à Deux, Wicked, Gladiator, Avatar 3, and animations like Zootopia set to release at the end of this year.
