Booth sales are booming! Defying the economic slowdown, the 46th Housing and Condo Expo has seen nearly 100% of its booths sold, according to Mr. Thirawat Pipatditkul, the head of public relations for the event. Only 14 booths remain available on a space of over 5,500 square meters, ahead of the booth lottery ceremony scheduled for September 3, 2024, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

Nonetheless, the 46th Housing and Condo Expo features leading brands participating this year, including Sansiri Public Company Limited, Origin Property Public Company Limited, AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Lalin Property Public Company Limited, Ananda Development Public Company Limited, SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, and Major Development Public Company Limited, among others. Additionally, top financial institutions such as Bangkok Bank and Krung Thai Bank will present premium housing products in prime locations, offering numerous discounts and special privileges to buyers from October 31 to November 3, 2024, at Hall 5, LG Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
