AssetWise Partners with Infinite Real Estate to Develop Kave Genesis Nakhon Pathom Opposite Central, Project Worth 1.16 Billion Baht
AssetWise is aggressively strengthening its position by teaming up with Infinite Real Estate to enter the campus condominium market, jointly developing the project Kave Genesis Nakhon Pathom targeting real demand customers and investors in a prime location in the heart of Nakhon Pathom, opposite Central and near Silpakorn University. The project is valued at 1.16 billion baht, reinforcing its status as the leading player in the campus condominium sector.
Mr. Kramchat Wiphanpong, Chief Executive Officer of AssetWise Public Company Limited, stated that the company has partnered with Infinite Real Estate to develop the Kave Genesis Nakhon Pathom condominium on a prime location in the heart of Nakhon Pathom, opposite Central and near Silpakorn University. The project is valued at over 1.16 billion baht, with AssetWise holding a 65% stake and Infinite Real Estate holding 35%. The KAVE brand is one of AssetWise's flagship brands, having developed over 12 projects in locations near universities in Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and the EEC, achieving success in every location it has launched, especially in Nakhon Pathom where AssetWise has previously launched two projects: KAVE Mutant Salaya and KAVE Pop Salaya. The latest project, Kave Genesis Nakhon Pathom, was launched for sale in June 2023 and has been continuously attracting sales from customers.
