Lalin Property Celebrates 38th Anniversary with Commitment to Sustainable Giving
Mr. Churachart Chakrakul, Managing Director of Lalin Property Public Company Limited, revealed that over the years, the company has been dedicated to helping society by promoting sustainable giving. This includes a campaign encouraging executives, employees, and nearby residents to donate blood, contributing to a greater cause that supports the lives of fellow humans.

"Lalin Property ignites the spirit of giving, allowing employees to participate in holistic sharing, starting with health awareness. Those who can donate blood must be 'healthy individuals.' If our employees are in good health, they can 'be good givers.' Therefore, we promote awareness among executives and employees to prepare their bodies and minds for blood donation. In addition to our employees, we also welcome interested members of the public to participate, collaborating with nearby companies and using Lalin Property's premises as a donation center to ensure sustainable blood donation activities," said Mr. Churachart Chakrakul.
In celebration of Lalin Property's 38th anniversary, the campaign not only encourages blood donation but also includes a monetary contribution to the Thai Red Cross Blood Donation Center for the purchase of blood storage equipment. Mr. Chaiyanan Chakrakul, Chairman of the Executive Board of Lalin Property Public Company Limited, contributed 100,000 Baht and invited executives and employees to auction their beloved items to raise additional funds. This internal auction activity provides employees with the opportunity to be both givers and receivers, ensuring that this act of giving is sustainable.

"In this event, we aim for full participation from employees, supported by cooperation from executives, staff, and interested members of the public. Blood donation, financial contributions, and the auction of cherished items by executives and employees represent a collective effort rather than the work of any one individual. We hope that the giving resulting from this project will benefit everyone involved. We are committed to promoting and creating a thriving Thai society, reflecting the goodwill we have upheld throughout our 38 years in business," Mr. Churachart concluded.
