AssetWise is advancing its plan, The New Frontiers, by expanding into the new Health & Wellness sector, responding to the mega health trend. They have launched “Rocket Fitness,” a new style of fitness that is accessible in terms of price and location, along with “Vitala,” a physiotherapy clinic that brings together experts to provide comprehensive health services with modern equipment. The aim is to open four locations by 2024, with the first two already launched at Mingle Hill Minburi.

Mr. Krungchet Wiphanpong, CEO of AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading real estate developer focused on lifestyle under the concept of “Happiness Designed for You” or “We Build Happiness,” stated that the company is moving forward with its plan The New Frontiers to create sustainable and stable growth in all dimensions by seeking new business and investment opportunities to generate recurring income and strengthen the company.

Recently, the company has expanded into the new Health & Wellness business by launching “Rocket Fitness,” an alternative fitness option that is accessible in terms of price and location, and “Vitala,” a physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic for the first time, aligning with the global mega trend where people of all generations are increasingly focusing on health.

“The mega trend in Health & Wellness has been gaining significant momentum over the past 2-3 years and is expected to remain a long-lasting trend because health is a personal matter for everyone. Therefore, we are expanding our business to cover consumers' lifestyles more comprehensively, studying this area seriously, and planning to design various services in collaboration with health care experts in each field to ensure that all our services meet the needs and lifestyles of consumers. This year, AssetWise aims to open a total of four fitness centers and clinics within its community malls, strategically located near residential projects, educational institutions, and BTS stations, making it easier for everyone to access good health,” Mr. Krungchet stated.

The company has partnered with SPORTathlon (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a leading importer and distributor of various well-known fitness equipment brands, and ACTIFF Co., Ltd., a leading importer and distributor of sportswear and the license holder for the Mister International Thailand pageant, to operate “Rocket Fitness,” a new style of exercise space under the concept of Neighborhood Fitness. This fitness center features state-of-the-art equipment covering all forms of exercise, professional trainers, and a variety of workout classes, including licensed Les Mills classes from New Zealand, such as dance classes and body combat, all at accessible prices and locations, making it convenient like being next door, targeting fitness enthusiasts of all generations.

Meanwhile, “Vitala” is a physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic that collaborates with HEALTH Designs, a team of health care and physiotherapy experts with over 10 years of experience, along with doctors, sports scientists, and specialists, to provide comprehensive health care services with modern tools that meet American and European standards. Services include rehabilitation from exercise injuries, pain relief physiotherapy, and off-site services such as home physiotherapy and ergonomics training for employees.

Both Vitala clinic and Rocket Fitness opened for the first time at Mingle Hill Minburi in June 2024 and have received a positive response. The company is therefore preparing to expand the Vitala clinic by one more location and Rocket Fitness by another, with details expected to be announced soon.

Mr. Krungchet further stated that the Health & Wellness business is managed by WHB Co., Ltd., which operates health and beauty businesses under AssetWise, and will be another new business that enhances AssetWise's ecosystem in providing a more complete lifestyle for residents in residential projects while expanding to the general health-conscious public. Initially, the company plans to grow the Health & Wellness business alongside its retail and community malls managed by Treasure M Co., Ltd., a property developer for lease, to make it easier to reach target groups and continuously strengthen AssetWise's recurring income portfolio.

Currently, the company has five retail and community mall projects already in operation:
1. Mingle Mall
2. Mingle Market
3. Mingle Hill Minburi, a lifestyle hub with shops, restaurants, co-working spaces, and various amenities for the new generation
4. Mingle Sport Village at Rangsit, an indoor sports center
5. Well Aesthetic & Wellness Center, a comprehensive health and beauty innovation center located in a prime area in the heart of Ratchada.
