Ms. Petchlada Poonsawad, Chief Executive Officer of Major Development Public Company Limited (MJD), a luxury real estate developer, announced that they have signed a joint venture agreement with Ms. Miwako Date, Chief Executive Officer of the major Japanese real estate group MORI TRUST. This joint venture will kick off with the Malton Gates Krungthep Kreetha II project, valued at approximately 2.1 billion baht. Construction is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2024, marking a continuation of Major Development's successful horizontal project developments, which have received an excellent response from the target market. The project is set to be launched for sale in early 2025.

MORI TRUST is a leading real estate developer in Japan, known for developing large mixed-use projects in metropolitan Tokyo and operating various hotels and resorts across Japan under the concept "Craft the Future."
