Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM) has announced that on July 19 and August 2, SAM will hold an auction for second-hand properties or Non-Performing Assets (NPA). The auction will feature properties located in prime areas across Thailand, suitable for both residential and investment purposes, including single houses, duplexes, townhouses, residential condos, commercial buildings, vacant land, hotels/resorts, factories/warehouses, hospitals, etc. A total of 166 items valued at 1,033 million baht will be available for interested buyers, with many items offered at special reduced prices.

Additionally, SAM has organized various special promotions, such as “SAM Second-Hand Properties Referral Program” for those who refer friends or acquaintances to purchase SAM's NPAs priced below 1 million baht, offering a 2% commission per property. There is also a “Special Interest Rate Home Loan” from leading banks participating in the program, including Bangkok Bank, UOB, TMBThanachart (ttb), and Government Housing Bank (GHB), along with a Gift Voucher “Instant Loan Approval” worth up to 3,000 baht, subject to specified conditions.
