Dr. Prasarn Trairatvorakul, Chairman of Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited and Mr. Uthen Lohachitpitak, Chief Executive Officer of Pruksa Holding Group, along with the board of directors, held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2024 to report on the performance of the past year and the growth direction of the group's business.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2024 received certification for being a carbon-neutral event from the Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) or TGO. This aligns with the group's sustainable development policy under the Heart to Earth initiative, which focuses on environmental impact to enhance the quality of life and well-being of society. Pruksa Holding has set a target to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by 2030 and aims for carbon neutrality by 2050. Therefore, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2024 has planned to use resources efficiently by encouraging attendees to use public transportation, reducing paper and plastic usage, and organizing activities to offset carbon emissions equivalent to planting approximately 1,101 trees.
