There is an increasing demand for high-quality products that provide better wind and sound insulation. Tostem is producing products that meet customer needs, focusing on driving the brand with a core principle of bringing innovations to the market that care for the environment. Under the concept of "RE-CONNECTING LIVES," or "doing business to bring residents closer to nature than ever before," in line with the environmental vision for 2050 aiming for zero carbon dioxide emissions.

Recently, at the "Architect Expo 67" (Architect Expo 2024) 36th edition, the environmentally friendly aluminum innovation "PremiAL R100" will be launched, produced from 100% recycled aluminum at the Tostem Thailand factory. It has received certification from the EcoLeaf environmental label and JIC Quality Assurance Ltd. The use of recycled aluminum can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by up to 97% compared to smelting new aluminum and is expected to help reduce Scope 3 carbon dioxide emissions by 30% by 2031, with sales starting in April 2024.

The booth will also feature a display zone showcasing REVIA brand products, a flooring material from LIXIL that began distribution in Japan on January 10, 2023, made from plastic waste and wood scraps. With LIXIL's expertise in shredding and molding plastic, combined with leftover wood from building demolitions, REVIA can be produced from nearly all types of plastic waste, including household plastic, commercial plastic, mixed plastic, and even plastic floating in the sea. Utilizing plastic waste and wood scraps in the production of REVIA can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by up to 82% for every ton produced.

Tostem is also offering special promotions and marketing activities at Architect Expo 67, including two main offers: First, customers who purchase products worth 50,000 baht will have a chance to win a Dyson air purifier, and second, there will be a draw for a tour package to World Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan, with three prizes for six seats, from April to October 2025.
