Meanwhile, Mr. Suthep Rodjakpai, Chief Executive Advisor of ProSpec Appraisal Co., Ltd., a property appraisal company with branches and offices nationwide, mentioned that ProSpec Appraisal has been developing innovative methods for assessing residential and general real estate prices, as well as creating tools and designing modern property appraisal approaches. The collaboration to exchange housing market price data between ProSpec Appraisal and LWS is part of disseminating research information and knowledge about property valuation that benefits the public.
