“In the sessions, we will discuss AI trends and how to utilize AI to enhance the efficiency of the Command Centre, as well as analyze customer data to improve products and services. For example, notifications for optimal air conditioning cleaning times and reminders for cleaning grease traps. We call these features 'RueJai Intelligence.' Additionally, we provide residents with superior security systems, such as smoke and heat detection sensors, which we have developed to escalate alerts to alarms when high smoke and heat levels are detected, rather than just sending notifications to mobile phones.”

“We have also developed a Notification Center system that can connect to the Smart Gate, a feature that prevents vehicles from leaving the project. For instance, if a resident is abroad and does not want their car to leave the project, but someone attempts to take it out, a notification will be sent to the resident. The concept is that we help monitor continuously without intruding on privacy,” he explained.
