Mr. Kamthorn Wehan, Deputy Governor of Rayong Province, stated that Rayong is a province with high potential, boasting the highest GDP and per capita income in the country. According to Dr. Buranin Rattanasombat, Chief Operating Officer of New Business and Infrastructure Group at PTT Public Company Limited, EnCo is a company under PTT's New Business and Infrastructure Group that develops real estate and provides comprehensive facility management services. With over 20 years of experience in developing and managing facilities both within and outside the PTT Group, EnCo has expanded its investment into the hotel and service sector this year in collaboration with Origin and IHG to launch the Holiday Inn Express Rayong Map Ta Phut. It is acknowledged that Rayong is a province with high potential, being an economic area with various industrial developments and located in the EEC, which is developing new industries (New S-Curve) for the country.
