AssetWise Launches Aggressive Strategy for Real Estate in 2024, Emphasizing THE NEW FRONTIERS with 12 New Projects Worth 25.92 Billion Baht in EEC and Phuket
AssetWise, or ASW, is entering the new year 2024 with a robust business plan centered around three main strategies: "Execute / Expand / Explore." The company aims to strengthen its position in the market with the concept of "THE NEW FRONTIERS," targeting the EEC and Phuket regions with a sales goal of 17.8 billion baht. They plan to enhance revenue through new business ventures, including community malls, entertainment centers, and healthcare services, while also restructuring management to drive growth and resilience in all situations.
Mr. Kramchad Wiphanpong, CEO of AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), stated that the real estate outlook for 2024 presents both opportunities and risks, with the tourism sector remaining a key driver. The introduction of a visa exemption for Chinese tourists starting March 1 is expected to stimulate travel to Thailand and revitalize the real estate market.
In 2024, the company plans to launch 12 new projects valued at 25.92 billion baht, including 9 condominium projects worth 10.82 billion baht and 3 landed projects worth a total of 4.1 billion baht, with a sales target of 17.8 billion baht, representing an 8% growth, and a revenue target of 8.7 billion baht.

The new condominiums set to launch this year in the Bangkok and EEC regions include 6 projects featuring flagship brands such as KAVE and ATMOZ in three locations: KAVE Playground, KAVE Luminous, and KAVE Genesis. Additionally, a new boutique condominium brand, Maroon, will debut at Ratchada 32, along with Aquarous in Jomtien, Pattaya. The three landed projects will showcase brands like ESTA, THE ARBOR, THE MONOR, and the latest CHANN The Riverside, a boutique single-family home by the Tha Chin River on Borommaratchachonnani Road.
In Phuket, AssetWise is currently developing condominiums under the brand THE TITLE through its subsidiary, Rompho Property Public Company Limited (TITLE). Recently, they launched the project The Title Legendary Bang Tao, which has received a positive response from both Thai and international customers, achieving over 80% sales.
For 2024, there are plans to introduce three new condominium projects in Phuket:
The Title Heritage Bang Tao, project value 6 billion baht
The Title Serenity Nai Yang, project value 4 billion baht
The Title Rawai, project value 1 billion baht
Additionally, the company has invested 30% in developing the Botanica Grand Avenue luxury pool villa project, a mega project valued at 13 billion baht, which has already achieved sales of approximately 2.3 billion baht. This enhances AssetWise's real estate portfolio in Phuket, covering both leisure condominiums and luxury villas.
In 2024, the company will have 9 completed projects ready for transfer, with a total value exceeding 9.557 billion baht, comprising 7 condominium projects and 2 landed projects.
They also have a backlog valued at 19.5 billion baht, with 13.7 billion baht from projects in Bangkok and surrounding areas (71%), 1.8 billion baht from EEC projects (9%), and approximately 4 billion baht from Phuket projects (20%), which will gradually recognize revenue from 2024 through 2026.

Furthermore, the company is actively seeking new business and investment opportunities to create recurring income, such as community mall projects under Mingle Mall, which includes various shops and restaurants, a Well Aesthetic & Wellness Center for health and beauty clinics in the Ratchada area, and the recently launched Mingle Sport Village at Rangsit, an indoor sports center catering to health enthusiasts. They leverage over 19 years of experience in real estate management under the subsidiary "Treasure Khem Co., Ltd." within AssetWise, along with ZAAP World, an entertainment business for concerts and events, which will be a crucial piece in strengthening AssetWise's real estate development business.
