The Park in collaboration with CURVE BKK, a renowned Barre Exercise studio, is hosting the CURVE LIFE—BALANCE BLA • BARRE • BAR presented by The PARQ event. This community workout event aims to promote balance in life amidst an oasis-like atmosphere in the city on February 3rd.

The event will kick off with a BLA Wellness talk on the topic of “Workout Life Balance” featuring speakers Khun Poy Nattacha Sunthornvinet and Khun Sarah Helena Sarakarn from Holistic Medical Centre, along with a discussion with Khun Sydney Wasinee Kongnaisat, a food science expert and popular influencer “Sydneyfeelgreat”.

Stroll through the Lifestyle Markets, featuring well-known social media shops and a wide selection of Thai brands for workout gear and healthy food, including Gooderly, Moodactiv, Coss’e, Peaches Active, Holistic Medical Centre, Verite, Faceandetc, Fitmeal, Pleased Yoghurt Bar, Khunkale, and many more. There will also be special activities with prizes totaling over 50,000 baht!

Enhance your fitness with the Barre Exercise class, inspired by ballet dancing, combined with functional training and bodyweight training for both fitness and fat burning. Enjoy this unique class atmosphere at the Rooftop Garden at Q Garden of The Park, featuring two classes: Sunset Booty Curve for sculpting and lifting the glutes, and Blacklight Cardio Barre to push your physical limits with CURVE's specially designed classes.
