LPN Moves Forward with Organizational Restructuring Appointing 'Apichart Kasemkulseri' as CEO Effective February 1, 2024
L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN) is advancing with a major organizational restructuring. The board has decided to appoint Mr. Apichart Kasemkulseri as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), succeeding Mr. Opas Sripakdi, who is retiring. This change will take effect on January 31, 2024, with Mr. Apichart officially assuming the position from February 1, 2024, as announced to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Mr. Apichart Kasemkulseri is an experienced executive with extensive knowledge across various businesses. He possesses sharp analytical skills and specializes in financial management. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Banking and Finance from the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy at Chulalongkorn University. He has worked with several leading institutions, including serving as Executive Director and Deputy Managing Director of the Treasury and Banking Operations Group at ICBC (Thailand) Public Company Limited, as a board member of Asia Securities Company Limited, and as Chief Financial Officer of Samart I-Mobile Public Company Limited.
Mr. Apichart has been with LPN since 2018, holding positions as a board member, executive committee member, risk management committee member, and head of the financial management team. He has played a crucial role in driving the organization forward in recent years. His new role as CEO of LPN presents an opportunity and challenge to promote and drive the organization towards sustainable business growth, enhancing confidence among shareholders, partners, and investors, while also focusing on customer care by developing a 'livable' environment in all aspects to elevate the quality of life, which has been LPN's mission and pride throughout its more than three decades of business operations.
This organizational restructuring reflects LPN's commitment as a quality residential developer for the past 35 years, continuing to adhere to the approach of developing comprehensive urban housing projects.
