The gala dinner and award ceremony for the 18th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards showcased the potential and diversity of Thai real estate across various segments and regions. This year, a total of 63 awards were presented to developers and real estate projects from Bangkok and its vicinity, as well as from regions such as Chiang Mai, Hua Hin, Khao Yai, Koh Phangan, Krabi, Phang Nga, Phuket, Koh Samui, the Northeast, and coastal development projects at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.

Sena Development Public Company Limited received the highly competitive Best Developer award, while Habitat Group secured the most awards, including Best Lifestyle Developer, Best Condo Development (Thailand) for the Wyndham Grand Residence Wongamat Pattaya, and several awards for the Highland Park Pool Villa Pattaya, along with a Special Recognition in Sustainable Design and Construction award.

The Best Retail Developer award went to The EmSphere Shopping Complex by The Em District Co., Ltd., a new shopping center in Sukhumvit, which is one of the latest shopping destinations alongside leading malls like The Emporium and The EmQuartier. Additionally, Phuket Nine Co., Ltd. won the Best Developer (Phuket) award and several awards for the Rawaiyana project, while PNP Real Estate Co., Ltd. received the Best Breakthrough Developer (Hua Hin) award and multiple awards for the La Felice Villa Hua Hin project.

Other winners in the real estate developer categories included Andaman Asset Solutions Co., Ltd., which won the Best Boutique Developer (Phuket) and Best Smart Home Development for The Residence Prime project; Botanica Luxury Phuket Co., Ltd. won the Best Luxury Developer (Phuket) and Best Ultra Luxury Housing Development (Phuket) for the Botanica Grand Avenue project; MontAzure won Best Mixed Use Developer (Phuket) and Best Luxury Condo Development (Phuket) for the MGallery Residence MontAzure by Kamala Beach Resort and Hotel Management Co., Ltd.; Patta Development Co., Ltd. won the Best Housing Developer (Eastern Seaboard); Riviera Group Co., Ltd. won the Best Condo Developer (Eastern Seaboard); and Vanya Villa Development Co., Ltd. won the Best Housing Developer (Phuket).

Samakorn Plus Co., Ltd. and Samakorn-JV1 Co., Ltd. also received numerous awards, including Best Housing Development (Thailand), Best Luxury Housing Architectural Design, and Best Luxury Housing Development (Bangkok) for the Park Heritage Pattanakarn project, along with two awards for the Barnyard Khao Yai project. Additionally, Kingbridge Tower Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Sahapattana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited) took home several awards for the Kingbridge Tower project. The Thailand Real Estate Personality of the Year award, judged by the editorial team of PropertyGuru Property Report Magazine, was awarded to Mr. Thongma Vijitpongpun, Vice Chairman of Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited.
