Sansiri has announced its success as a market leader in all condominium segments, revealing that its sales for the first 10 months of 2023 reached 16.8 billion baht. This reflects a recovering sentiment in the condominium market, evidenced by the continuous launch of new projects in the industry.

Mr. Ongart Suwanakul, Senior Assistant Managing Director of Condominium Project Development at Sansiri Public Company Limited or SIRI, stated, "The overall condominium market is currently trending positively, as shown by the continuous launch of new condominiums in the industry. Over the past 10 months, Sansiri has successfully achieved condominium sales of 16.8 billion baht, representing 76% of the total condominium target of 22 billion baht, and a growth of 42% compared to the same period last year.

This success comes from the sold-out status of three condominium projects, with a total value of 16 billion baht, including:

  • XT Ekkamai
  • XT Huai Khwang
  • oka HAUS

It is expected that by the end of this year, three more projects will be sold out, namely KHUN by YOO, THE MUVE Bangkhae, and Condo Me Onnut-Rama 9.

This year, new condominium projects have received excellent responses, creating a buzz as customers lined up to reserve units before the sales opened. For instance, Via ARI quickly sold out one-bedroom units on the first day of its pre-sale, while SHUSH RATCHATHEWI generated over 1.2 billion baht in sales, accounting for 80% of the units available for sale, with all large simplex three-bedroom units sold out. Additionally, THE BASE Bukit Phuket achieved over 50% sales during its pre-sale.

After adding vibrancy to the condominium market with the launch of luxury condominiums in prime locations with high demand but limited supply in central Bangkok, Sansiri plans to launch eight new condominium projects worth 11.6 billion baht in the fourth quarter.
