Additionally, it has jumped into the Top 10 real estate brands with the highest social media performance in the first half of 2023, as reported by the Thailand Social Awards, following a brand refresh that modernized its image after four decades.

It also secured the 10th position among residential real estate developers with the highest social media performance in the first half of 2023 (January 1 – June 30, 2023). This ranking reflects a leap of over 20 positions, moving from 30th to 10th place, according to the Thailand Social Awards conducted by Wisesight (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a technology company specializing in market data analysis.

These rankings are partly attributed to the music video campaign for the song ‘Hearts Tied Together, Happiness Is All Around Version’, newly arranged by renowned artist Boy Kosiyabong, as well as the campaign ‘CP LAND Presents: Finding Happiness’ featuring popular artist Singto Numchok, known for his bright, fun character and family-oriented nature, who starred in the advertisement under the concept of “Happiness Can Travel”, aligning with the brand's new image. Additionally, four other famous artists, including Wan Thanakrit, Da Endorphine, Tao Setthapong, and Pop Pongkool, joined to convey the key message “Caravan of Happiness” and act as influencers for CP LAND, communicating through CP LAND's online channels and each artist's platforms. Moreover, CP LAND continues to communicate through its latest marketing campaign, Singto Leads the Way, featuring Singto Numchok to enhance the campaign while announcing special benefits from collaborations with 17 business partners, available to customers from now until November 30, 2023.

The criteria for measuring and ranking brands for Zanroo involve keyword searches across eight social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Pantip, Webboard, Blog, and Website, by listening to consumer voices online (Social Listening) and tracking brand trends on social media to analyze data for market research, competitors, and other trends that impact brand development.

For the criteria used by the Thailand Social Awards to measure and rank brands, they assess communication effectiveness and mentions on five social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube, from January 1 to June 30, 2023. The Thailand Social Awards has developed the Wisesight Brand Metric to measure communication effectiveness, calculated based on four indicators:

1. Brand Score: Measures communication effectiveness from the brand's owned media and from channels where others mention the brand (Earned Media), considering both quantitative and qualitative aspects, detailed as follows:

- Quantitative measures include the number of followers, follower growth, views and interactions, and unique daily social mentions per user.

- Qualitative measures include the number of comments and shares, advocacy, purchase intention, and sentiment towards the brand.

2. Owned Score: Measures communication effectiveness from the brand's owned media.

3. Earned Score: Measures communication effectiveness from channels where others mention the brand.

4. Sentiment Score: Measures consumer sentiment towards the brand.
