Grand Home Unveils 2024 Strategy with Innovative Products Targeting Luxury Customers, Aiming for Revenue of 4.25 Billion Baht
Mr. Pirapat Tayanuwat, Assistant Managing Director of Management and Retail at Grand Home Mart Co., Ltd., revealed that Grand Home is committed to conducting business under the vision of providing quality products and services to customers through marketing renowned tile, sanitary ware, and home decoration materials from both domestic and international brands, alongside continuously delivering customer-oriented services to enhance the value of construction and customer lifestyles. Currently, Grand Home has divided its business into three segments: Project Sales, which includes project owners, contractors, architects, and designers; Retail Sales; and finally, e-Commerce.

Regarding the business strategy moving forward, the company will continue to maintain standards and prioritize existing customer groups through marketing activities to build strong relationships with project sales customers, including those in the retail and commercial real estate sector, as well as the hospitality industry. Simultaneously, the company aims to expand its customer base into the luxury segment. Additionally, plans are in place to revamp the existing four showrooms to better serve customers with quality services and a comprehensive one-stop experience.
This strategy is expected to result in revenue proportions of 79% from Project Sales, 20% from Retail Sales, and 1% from e-Commerce. The revenue from Grand Home primarily comes from its core product group, Tile & Bath, which accounts for 80% of sales, while the remaining 20% comes from other product categories, including Kitchen, Home Appliance, and DIY products. It is anticipated that in 2023, the company will achieve its revenue target of approximately 4.05 billion Baht, reflecting an 8% growth from the previous year.

This will be complemented by excellent services provided to customers, alongside a strong network of partners, reinforcing our leadership in tiles and home decoration materials,” Mr. Pirapat stated.

In the future, Grand Home will focus on curating products from around the world, emphasizing trends, innovations, and services, with three highlighted product groups:

- Tiles’ Story: A collection of leading tiles from around the world, Grand Home is exclusive to many major manufacturers, such as Marazzi, a renowned Italian brand recognized globally. Additionally, Grand Home has selected tiles from around the world, particularly from Cersaie and Canton, which are trendsetting and innovative hubs. This year's trend focuses on mimicking rare and realistic stone patterns in the Sintered Stone Full Body category to meet architectural, interior design, and furniture needs.
- Baths’ Story: A collection of leading sanitary ware brands that cater to diverse customer needs in terms of design and price. Grand Home also offers a house brand named Victor to further fill the market. Today's sanitary ware trends emphasize Smart Bathrooms, integrating technology to meet user lifestyles, allowing for customization, and importantly, providing installation and after-sales services.
- Kitchens’ Story: Under two brands, Le Krua for concrete kitchens and The Common, which features modular designs allowing customers to customize their styles. This kitchen concept is genuinely built from customer pain points, and what instills the highest confidence in customers is that we control all production in a One Stop Service format with our Grand Renovation team.
