Eastern Star Real Estate Public Company Limited (ESTAR) has announced the success of five projects in the eastern region, achieving a new high with total revenue exceeding 700 million baht. The company is gearing up to launch a new project, 'Velana Hyde', a two-story single-detached house project valued at 780 million baht, located next to a golf course and near U-Tapao Airport.

Mr. Pairoj Watthanaworodom, Managing Director of Eastern Star Real Estate Public Company Limited (ESTAR), revealed that this year the company has successfully closed sales in the Rayong - Ban Chang area, including projects such as Baan Sinthavee Garden, Hamlet 3, and Velana Golf House, which have all been completed. Similarly, the Breeze at Eastern Star Foresto project is currently at 99% sales, expected to close by the end of this year. The Velana Amoda U-Tapao - Ban Chang project has reached 96% sales, while the Grand Velana project is at 80%. Additionally, the company has launched new projects such as Terra Prima Burapha Path - Sukhumvit, valued at 600 million baht, which has achieved 75% sales in the first phase, and Breeze Chalet Burapha Path - Sukhumvit, also valued at 600 million baht, which has reached 80% sales in the first phase.

A survey of the area around the Eastern Star project indicates that the Rayong - Ban Chang zone has high potential due to the presence of industrial estates and a dense population. There are also various transportation routes, particularly the U-Tapao International Airport, which is currently undergoing an expansion project, along with future mega-projects such as the high-speed rail connecting three airports and linking Bangkok to the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), expected to be completed by 2029. This convenient and modern transportation will attract more foreign investors to Thailand, creating over 100,000 jobs in related industries and leading to the development of new smart cities along the high-speed rail routes. The presence of these mega-projects will generate significant job opportunities in the area, sustaining the demand for real estate.

This year, the Rayong - Ban Chang projects have received positive feedback from local customers, with increased interest in visiting Eastern Star projects. This is evident from the strong response to the newly launched Breeze Chalet Burapha Path - Sukhumvit project, featuring two-story single-detached houses with a width of 27-0-66.3 rai and a total of 134 units in a Modern English Garden Home style, starting at 3.89 million baht. This project is attracting attention due to its high booking rates, along with the highlight project, Amoda U-Tapao - Ban Chang, which offers ready-to-move-in two-story houses with 104 units on over 27-1-55.80 rai of land in a modern classic golf course setting.


Timeless Design, starting at 5 million baht, has seen sales jump to nearly 100% within just a few months, with project closure expected soon. Various positive factors throughout the past year have led the company to invest in expanding new projects in the same area to meet the demand of residents, under the name Velana Hyde, a two-story single-detached house project with 128 units valued at 780 million baht, designed in a Modern Classic concept that reflects the beauty and perfection of living. The design of the houses and the project is inspired by European architecture and targets executives from companies in the Map Ta Phut industrial estate, doctors, and employees of U-Tapao International Airport, aged 30-55, with monthly incomes ranging from 70,000 to 300,000 baht. This group is considered to have high purchasing power and a very low chance of rejection.

Currently, the Velana Hyde U-Tapao - Ban Chang project is over 60% complete and is expected to be finished and launched in early next year, Q1/2024.

Overall, for the ESTAR projects in the Rayong area, this year is expected to achieve a new high for the company at over 700 million baht. Additionally, next year, the company plans to invest further to expand projects to meet the needs of residents across all segments, with products priced from 2 million baht to 12 million baht, with projected revenues of around 700 million baht, Mr. Pairoj concluded.
